Skill Description
Enchants a weapon with the Water element. There is a chance of weapon breakage upon enchantment. You will need a Blacksmith or a Repair NPC to repair the weapon. A rod/staff must be equipped for this skill to work. Requires 1 Crystal Blue to use.
