To purchase premium items, you need to have premium points. To get Premium Points, follow these simple steps:

• First, go to our main page.
• Log into your account and press the buy link at the top of the page.
• Read and accept the terms & conditions.
• Click add to your balance at the top left.
• Select either Paypal, Trialpay, or Snail Mail as your purchasing option.
• Using your credit card, or debit card that have a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover logo, enter the amount of you you want to spend to purchase points. (1 euro = 100 points)
• After completing the transaction, the points show up instantly on your account. If paying by mail, please see the disclaimer below.

After you have your points, you can now purchase Premium Items. Here's how to do that.

• Purchasing via the website:
  • Again, go to our main page.
  • Log into your account and press the buy link at the top of the page.
  • Read and accept the terms & conditions.
  • Scroll through the list of items until you find one that you are interested in. Make sure it is for the correct server that you play on.
  • Click the purchase button next to the item
  • Log into your server via the game client and go to the Donation Redemption NPC.
  • Enjoy Your Item.
• Purchasing via ingame
  • Log into your server via the game client and go to the Premium Point Redemption NPC.
  • Choose which item you are interested it, and drag it to the right side of the menu.
  • If using limited points, enter how many points you want to spend in the box below the item. It will take the amount of points you enter in the box before your regular point amount. So, you can purchase a 2,000 point item with 1,000 limited and 1,000 regular points.
  • Click the Buy button
  • Enjoy Your Item.

If you have any other questions on how to purchase from us, it's their customer support service that you have to contact, not us. We only accept your payment, we don't handle it ourselves, so basically this is beyond our ground.

Disclaimer:

Donating via snail mail is accepted, though it is not highly recommended since it could take a few weeks, even up to a month, as it is done manually.
